Hello, and welcome to my website!
I was recently asked a pointed question in an interview, "Your writing is so open and vulnerable. Why do you put yourself out there?"
I was stunned. I hadn't realized that sharing my personal journey was optional! It never occurred to me that my stories were mine to hold. If I had experiences to share that might inspire others, it was my obligation to tell them.
I've made a career out of personal and professional development. With my Master’s degree in Integral Psychology, I explore the intricacies of personality and relationships. As an executive I use my insights and experience to transform organizations. I am also an adjunct professor in California Colleges, a speaker, and facilitator of workshops.
I believe the best stories are those that are lived. We immerse ourselves in the biographies of others so we can find common threads to our own lives. We are all seeking. We all desire growth. The lives of others can be our compass.
